Our products are all unique & hand-crafted with exclusive materials (which can be difficult to acquire). Should your chosen item be out of stock we will endeavour to create a similar product in its place, however there may be a small degree of variance on its completed appearance and size. If you are unhappy with your purchased product please let us know within one week of receiving it and we will happily replace it, or refund its value on return. Unfortunately we are unable to refund postage.
Whilst we aim for all our products to be suitable for children, please be aware that some may include buttons or other small parts (including tassels) that may become dislodged when chewed or excessively fiddled with. These small parts may be dangerous if swallowed so we ask that the parent be mindful of this when supervising their children.
